These terms and conditions apply when you use the Amen Printing website and when you ask us about an order. By using the website, you agree to them. So please read them carefully.

Our services

Amen Printing offers digitizing, custom embroidery and screen printing on apparel and textiles from our studio in Los Angeles. The information on this website is general. For example, garment availability, brands, colors and prices are confirmed in your quote.

Quotes and orders

An order is confirmed only when we both agree in writing on the items, quantities, decoration, price and timing. This can be a quote, an invoice or an email. Payment, deposits, pickup and delivery follow what your quote or invoice states.

Your artwork and logos

• When you send us a logo, name or design, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it.
• Also, you are responsible for any claim that your artwork infringes someone else’s rights.
• We may decline designs that infringe rights or that are unlawful or offensive.
• In addition, we may adapt your artwork so it can be stitched or printed well.

Proofs and colors

Thread, ink and fabric can look slightly different from colors on a screen. For this reason, if we send you a proof, please check spelling, size, placement and colors before you approve it.

Brands and garments

Brand names such as Nike, Adidas, Columbia and OGIO belong to their owners. We decorate garments from these brands, but we are not affiliated with them.

Showcase images

The images on our Showcase page are sample visuals created for this website. Therefore, they are not photos of past customer orders. Your finished product depends on the garment and design you choose.

Website content

Texts, photos, videos, logos and design on this website belong to Amen Printing or its licensors. Please do not copy them without our written permission.

Using this website

Please use the website and its contact form lawfully. For example, do not send spam, harmful code or false information.

Liability

We try to keep the website accurate and available. However, it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses that come from using this website. Orders are governed by the quote or invoice you agree with us.
